      Booking Conditions

  • All bookings must be confirmed with a minimum of 50% deposit, the balance is due on arrival.
  • Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Eftpos, Money Order  or Direct Deposit to 'Cloverhill - Hepburn Springs'.
  • Amex & Diners cards will incur a 3% card fee.
  • Spa Suites are NON SMOKING.  (Smoking is permitted on the verandah).
  • No Pets

     Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation notified more than 2 weeks prior to arrival will incur a 15% cancellation fee of the full tariff.
  • Cancellation notified less than 2 weeks prior to arrival will forfeit the full deposit or 50% of the total booking.
  • Should any accommodation/package booking need to be amended, fees will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.
